ALDI is one of the famous supermarket by having almost 10000 branches in variousnations for acquiring trust or loyalty of millions of customers (Welch,and et. Al., 2011). Thus,assignment is going to throw lights on problems encountering by organization whileimplementing their marketing strategy. Moreover, shows an appropriate method to overcomeproblems faced by an association while running their business operations. MARKETING PROBLEM OF ALDIALDI is consider as a one of the largest supermarket across international boundaries due to itsqualitative products with best and on time services which attracted minds of millions ofconsumers. Moreover, managing team of an enterprise is trying to expand their business invarious other countries in order to gain trust or loyalty of domestic as well as foreign clients forestablishing their company goodwill at marketplace. One of the major factors which seek theattention of customer is their impressive marketing strategy dye to which they get succeeded inpromoting their company products in various regions. As a result ALDI get popularized for itsgrocery items and special offers. According to survey report it has been summarized that number of companies are comingwith new or creative ideas for gaining maximum revenue by satisfying needs or demands ofentire society. Therefore, it has been analysed that number of problems is going to identifiedwhich is faced by marketing team of an enterprise while promoting their product services. Hencevarious issues or obstacles in marketing department is described as follows:- Availability of competitors:- According to this factor it has been analysed that due toincrease in customer demand number of companies are involving in providing groceryitems such as; TESCO, ASDA, Sainsbury and so on. In fact , their main objective isacquire more and more profit by satisfying needs or requirements of distinct employees .Therefore, managerial team of an association is facing one of the major obstacles that isavailability of close substitutes which is introduced by their competitors. Thus, it isessential for them to make plans by considering necessary elements in order toovercome it in a minimum time period. But, it is not easy to beat the products of other2

competitors because they are also coming with proper planning which affects the salesvolume of ALDI (Sharma, Chrisman,and Chua, 2012). Change in customer choices:- Consumers are consider as one of the major componentfor every organization either small or large because products are finally consumed bythem only. Thus, it is analysed that due to modernization of world choices orpreferences of entire society get changed which affects the marketing strategy of anenterprise. However, an enterprise is going through this problem while promoting theirproducts or services. As a result it influence the success or development of anassociation in various forms such as; manufacturing process, maximization of sales,failed in gaining trust or loyalty of customers, unable to make long term relations withconsumers and so on. Lack of technology advancement :- Modern techniques are increasing day by day whichresulted din maximization of consumer demand. Therefore, ALDI needs to adoptvarious advanced technology while promoting process but unfortunately failed inmanaging it or handling in effective manner due to lack of knowledge about it. In fact,various methods are identified to run an association or to regulate marketing activitiesbut due to various reasons they get failed in implementing at workplace which act as amajor problem for entire marketing team . Absence of skilled employees:- ALDI is a very large enterprise by having their severalof branches in various other local or national regions due to which it is not easy tohandle it an appropriate manner and requires skilled or talented employees. Thus,absence of knowledgeable employee is one of the major issues which is faced by entireassociation and several branches of an organization. As a result they get failed inconvincing society or customers and influence the performance of company. Generally,staff members are seen as one of the indispensable asset for entire organization in orderto handle business activities in an effective manner. Customer service:- Consumers are consider as end user of products or services offeredby an enterprise. Thus, it is identified that selected firm get failed in designingappropriate provision for customer services such as; after sale and before sale in order tomake long term relations (Griseri,and Seppala, 2010). 3
