which create negative impact on company's brand image. Thus, an organisation should be very
attentive while introducing any changes in laws without effecting their profitability and business
decisions (Maier and Hadrich, 2011). However, there are some basic ethical principles which act
as a guidance or directs their path in accomplishing organisational goal in a better way without
any hindrances. Some of them are honesty, discipline, trustworthiness, integrity, fairness, respect
or concern for others and many more which help company to build a better working atmosphere
