INTRODUCTIONHospitality industry is a sector, where organisations use to provide different products andservices, by which requirements of their customers get fulfilled. In this, the products and servicesprovided by organisations are food, beverage, accommodations, drinks and other. Along with this,needs of customers it is very important for an organisation to take care about the performance oftheir employees along with quality of the products and services offered by them. This report isbased on Carnival Corporation and Plc, which is one of the biggest cruise service providerorganisation in Europe (Bruce and Stephens, 2017). In this report, a discussion will take place onLeader account and Trail balance of them, and also recommendation for it will take place. Also, asstudy will take place on HR life cycle and performance management plan of their employees. Alongwith this, legislation and ethical considerations for organisation will come in discussion. Along withthis, different communication methods and interaction between different functional role will getdiscussed.TASK 11.
