This investigation explores the impact of International Accounting Standards (IAS) on accounting quality. It aims to determine the positive and negative impacts of IAS on accounting quality, evaluate the impact of IAS on organizational accounting, and identify how employees cope with changes after IAS adoption. The study uses qualitative research methods and collects data through interviews and secondary sources. The findings suggest that IAS has a significant effect on accounting quality, ensuring effective quality controls, wider accounting acceptance, and active regulatory oversight. The study recommends the adoption of ethical principles and an effective structure as per IAS norms to improve financial control and performance.
