INTRODUCTION
Career Action plan is referred to a detailed plan that defines the actions that need to be
performed in order to achieve the goals. It is basically referred to a series of actions that are
performed in order to reach the defined goals. Self-reflection is referred to the capabilities of
the humans with an aim to formulate the introspection. It can also be considered as an
eagerness to explore more about a person’s own behavior, skills and abilities. Self-reflection
also relates with the awareness that an individual possess about their mental stability and
consciousness (Brewer, 2020).
The report revolves around the career action plan of a student pursuing studies in the
business management. The report focuses on the Personal analysis which depicts the
strengths, Weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The report also consists of an action plan in
order to overcome the drawbacks as an individual along with a Curriculum Vitae and
LinkedIn profile.
TASK A
Personal Analysis
Personal analysis is referred to evaluation of the current skills, knowledge,
capabilities, drawbacks, opportunity and threats that are or can be possessed by me. It is very
important to for an individual to determine the personal skills in order to analyse their
capabilities and drawbacks. The personal analysis helps in achieving the personal and
professional goals of an individual (Van Wart and et.al., 2020).
