INTRODUCTION
Human resources management unit of the business is involving various important task and
activities in context to the proper recruitment and development of the employees with in
organization. Career and job opportunities, is very higher in context to the job profile of HR
manager, executive and supportive. Such as the changing skills requirements, artificial
intelligence increases the job opportunities. For example need of the HR manager with new
management skills, HR Manager with the knowledge of artificial intelligence. Skills required
for the HR manager job profile, are communication, analytical, problem solving, critical
thinking, writing etc. In order to became HR manager that is important to be experienced and
knowledgeable in terms of HR task, Activities and policies. Through which right decision is can
be taken for the company. So for the analysis of all those skills and knowledge strength in the
individual, that is important to conduct self reflection which further helps in the development of
effective career action plan. In this report, personal analysis, career action plan, CV and LinkedIn
profile is done for proper learning and development.
2. Personal Analysis
Personal analysis is the type of self reflection which helps to analyse the strength and weakness
of individuals related to their educational and professional skills. Which can be further use in the
carrier plant development.
