INTRODUCTION
Learning and development is the most important field of career action plan and self-
reflection. That is involving the proper analysis of career objectives selection of best career
goals, which should be further proceed by self-professional skills analysis in context to those
career objectives. And then according to the self-reflection outcomes that is important to make
effective career action plan. Travel and tourism industry is presenting various career
opportunities and that is very flourishing and everlasting field (van Hoorn, 2017). In context to that
industry human resources manager is very important career opportunity in context to the
management of various human resources activities and assets of tour and tourism industry. In
this report personal analysis and career action plan is going to be conduct in context to the
particular industry HR role job profile. In order to develop effective CV and profile along with
the best presentation of strength an action plan (Hartung, and Santilli, 2018).
Personal analysis
In context to the effective career action plan development and self-analysis that is
important to conduct personal analysis with the application of SWOT analysis tool that helps to
analyze and evaluate personal skills strength and weaknesses along with the opportunity and
threat through which the skin become easy to create career action plan for further more skills
improvement related to the selected job profile (Maree, 2015). In relation to the career objective
that is important to analyze strength and work according to that along with analysis of weakness
which can be e focused for further more improvement and development.
