Introduction
The assignment will cover job opportunity available in HR field and key skills and expertise
required to fulfill the role of selected job opportunity. The assignment will also cover personal
analyses in which skills identified from job advertisement will be highlighted. Career action plan
will highlight the future action required to fulfill the gap in the current skill and required skill to
get job as an HR.
Considering the key competencies required to become a Source Manager, this report will enable
me to go through the self-assessment cycle. Using the main work of the report as the basis for
my self-assessment, I will include in this report the individual research, the whole analysis, the
professional action plan and the CV alignment. Before the conclusion, self-reflection on the
development of my teamwork skills will be presented in subtleties. Due to what has happened in
the past and present, I agree to have strong skills, intelligence and encounters not only in terms
of handling consumer concerns but also monitoring people.
Job Opportunity
St Andrew's HR Services Agency hopes to select an experienced manager who will provide
unconditional guidance and support, which will be the first resource for new and existing staff
for HR degree issues introducing legal, learning and development, lifecycle and onboard HR
audits, delivering questionable objectives in line with organization implementation principles.
