INTRODUCTION
Career action plan and self reflection can be defined as an activity which formulates the
process of achieving professional or career goals in life by creating the career action plan. Self
reflection is self analysing in the chosen field along with he proficiency and skills that is already
have or to attain in the future (Hartung and Santilli, 2018). Chosen field is the cosmetics industry
where trends are acknowledged such as globalization and technology advancement along with
the emerging demand for skills and greater knowledge. Human resource manager profile is
chosen for the chosen industry due to the expert areas in training and development of employees
and recruitment and selection of candidates. Therefore, the following discussion is made on the
personal analysis of skills and knowledge along with the career action pan which includes goals
to achieve, current and target proficiency, time scale and resources required and actions.

Current skills, knowledge and experience
Current skills and knowledge along with the experience regarding my profile in which I
am interested in that is the human resource manager in cosmetics industry are such that I am
fluent in English and Romanian language in order to interact with the candidates of different
cultures and background. Proactive, professional, genuine and inclusive skills are good in me so
that I can attend the candidates in a well professional with good etiquettes with the employees.
Confident, motivated, friendly and energetic are my current skills which are highly required to
maintain the friendly culture in the company so that employees can get satisfied with the
working environment of the organization. I am good in MS Office, email and internet, basically
the technology used in the firm so that better data management can be performed by using the
advanced technology. Experienced in handling complex and demanding workloads which can
support employees in managing the complexities in conflicts or any activities or tasks. Enjoy
meeting people and developing lasting relationships skills can help in retaining the employees
and dedicated towards the organization. Moreover, I like challenge and welcome change - settle
quickly to new situation for managing effective and efficient change in the company. I aim for
consistently high standards of work and passionate about health, sport and personal fitness which
comes under extra curriculum and relaxing activities from work pressure (Santilli, Nota and
