INTRODUCTION It is important for the individual to develop their career and make the decision in advance so that they can achieve success in their future. To make choice of a career as which the individual wants to take their further steps is very difficult because at some point of time it is unsure that if the career which the individual has chosen will provide them effective results or not(Hartung and Santilli, 2018). Career outlook is the period of time during which individuals and employees seek to determine relevant opportunities for their profession and career by seeking the growth of skills and knowledge. In order to maximise profitability, this necessitates the establishment of proper connections and tactics in order to coordinate with their subordinates and also meet the wants of clients. But for this, people start taking their step towards the achievement of goals which includes the development of skills, knowledge and expertise so that they can use it in the achievement of their career objective. For achieving success in my career and the thing in which I am interested the most is the Human resource management profession. This is the profession in which I want to make my career and have to become successful in it. This report will cover the personal analysis with the SWOT analysis, career action plan with the CV. MAIN BODY Personal analysis I have decided to make my career in Human resource management profession which has a growth and many opportunities available. For the profession which I have decided for that I have to develop many new skills and knowledge so that no problem can be raised in my career due to insufficiency of not being developing certain things. The main work of the human resource manager is related to make the recruitment procedure and employ right and talented people who have the ability to accomplish the required objectives of a company. I have to take my human resource management post graduate degree from University of London so that it can be helpful for me to pursue my job role in the human resource management and also I would be in a position to develop more knowledge in this field(Zwozdiak-Myers, 2018). I am good in the communicationwhichismostimportantlyrequiredintheHumanresourcemanagement profession. The other which I need to develop is the time management skill which is considered to be the most essential in this skill because in this profession I have to undertake many of the 2
activities which requires proper implementation of managing time. Until now I have not taken any of the seminars which is important to be taken if the person wants to take some more knowledge about the career which they are going to choose and the actions which they have to take in the aspect of achieving the career goals. But I am sure by learning and taking the degree just in Human resource management I would be in a position to pursue my job role in a very effective manner.There are many more skills which I need to develop covering the critical thinking, soft skills and many other. Personal SWOT analysis- Strengths-My strength with which it would be possible for me that I would attain my career is that my communication skill is very good with which I can attain good conversation with people(Liguori, Bendickson and McDowell, 2018). The other is the way by which I can keep the things in a more organised way and that covers the organisation skill. This skill in me is the best because of which I can achieve my objectives. In this regard, I also possess a number of project-related characteristics that have been judged to be a competitive advantage for me and my project, as well as a unique skill for the current workplace. Customer service quality, goods given, and technology presentation leadership design talents are examples of my strengths, which serve to increase my total performance and motivate me to work to my maximum potential. Weakness-The weak point in me is not being able to implement my time in a better way because the work which I have to do in my daily routine is very much and I did not get the best solution as to how I can manage my time in a proper and effective way. These roadblocks stem from a lack of financial capital and creditworthiness, which hinders me from advertising and discovering myself in the marketplace. Furthermore, due to a lack of communication skills on my part, I am not very good at maintaining responsibility, which is due to my inability to effectively communicate with my team Associates, causing them to become confused in order to accomplish their own job function. Opportunities-There are numerous opportunities which will be given to me if I will be working on the Human resource management profession. It is just that I have to develop some knowledge and the expertise so that I can in a better and effective manner (Schermerhorn Jr and Bachrach, 2020). not just in the companies but in every job the human resource management are required to be employed as they are given the most important role which is to recruit and employ people.
