INTRODUCTION The career action plan is considered as key approach which is helpful in increasing competitive strength of an individual(Foss, 2021). In the recent times, career action plan plays a major role in increasing career development opportunities for an individual. In this report I will mentionmycareerdevelopmentplanwhichisrelatedtothefieldofhumanresource management. The career action plan and its development related to human resource management will also help me to develop my career as HR manager in the retail industry. In this report there is a curriculum vitae and LinkedIn profile has been developed and designed in order to gain effective growth in my career field.
