INTRODUCTION
A career action plan determines as a dynamic planning document which is prepared and
managed by an individual, especially young ones to reflect their enhanced career developing
learning. This plan helps in establishing career goals, clarify the actions required to realise the
goals, make commitments to participating in the contrived tasks. Self-reflection or personal
reflection can be understood as taking the time to critically conceive about, excogitate and
provide serious though to the thoughts, behaviours, desires as well as motivations (Fletcher and
et.al., 2020). In the following report, a personal analysis of the individual has been done so that
they can know about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. An action plan will be
made for the individual to develop or improve certain skills, abilities or knowledge. At last, CV
will be created to get a better job in the selective industry in which profile, knowledge, skills,
qualification and education, hobbies and much more are covered.
TASK
A personal analysis
Since, I have chosen the banking industry in which I seek more growth and development
opportunities for me, I needed to do an analysis for myself so that I can be able to know in what
areas I am good, where I need some development or improvement and much more. This can be
done with a personal SWOT analysis in which strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
of mine are included. This will provide me a clear picture to achieve my desired goals and
targets. The following is the discussion of key skills, knowledge or abilities that I found
