INTRODUCTION
Career design can be described as creative process that envision career and fit to a person
personality, preferences, values as well as interest (Ghaffarzadegan, 2021). It is a process that is
based on research neuroscience that break internal as well as external barrier that allow
individual to keep from life what they want. This project report includes designing of thinking
framework that allow them to work on a career idea. It also includes design thinking phase
through different steps including empathy, define, ideate as well as prototype.

Communication skills: I has strong
communication skills which is important for
sharing ideas, thoughts, views to another
person. It is important to have this skills for
developing career in logistics (Hansen, 2019).
Decision making skill: It is one of important
skill that is possessed by me. It allow me to
make choices among available alternatives.
Time management: I have lack of time
management skills with increasing pressure of
work, I was unable to complete work on time. I
am unable to manage time in efficient manner
that create pressure of work on me.
Lack of Anger management: I have lack of
anger management that create problems for
me. As at time, when I see things are not going
according to me, it create problems for me.

opportunity in logistics. I have good
communication skills that allow me to share
things with team in clear words that avoid
possibility of confusion. It allow me to develop

choose as career. It is a massive size of career
field and there is demand of skilled personnel
in this field (Kim and Shin, 2020).
In order to interact and build career in logistic,
I require various skills and knowledge. It is
suitable career field for me as it allow me to
develop career in desired field.
Feel Do
I feel excited about this field as my father also
work in this field. I want to develop my career
in this field as I have prior knowledge and
interest in this field. I am excited about
developing career in this field.
In order to do so, I was working on my
weakness that prevent me to developing career
in this field. It is also important for me to
develop career in this field.
On basis of my strength, skills, values, empathy map, it is finding out that it is related to my
desired career field. I want to develop my career in logistics field and for this, a person needs to
develop certain skills. I have strong communication skills that is require to manage team and
communicate with other members in effective manner. It also has strong decision making skills
that allow me to develop career in logistic field.
Define:
Logistics is one of important field that is playing important role in economy of a country. An
organisation that is developing and selling something, require logistics profession that allow
them to ensure smooth flow of their operation (Pande and Bharathi, 2020). It is massive size of
career field that is require skilled professionals. It is an important field that allow people to

identify job opportunities, employment growth. In this, work location can be vary as there is no
standard work setting. Employees work in this field can be needs to work in different location
and also needs to work in an environment. It is depended on role of employees to visit different
facilities of supply chain. There are different skills to be requrie by a person in order to develop
this ksills like data analytics, industry knowledge, embrace new technology, conflict
management, communication skill, decision making skills. These skills are possessed by me that
I identify on basis of my self assess. It allow me to get success in this field and also providing me
growth and success.
Ideate:
Mind Map is one of best ways that allow a person for ideation, project planning and note taking.
It is consisting different steps but starts with simple idea and allow user to put ideas in a clear
line. Different steps included in it, is mentioned below:
Visualise information: It is first step for purpose of developing mind mapping and for this, a
person needs to focus in different direction in order to visualise more information related to
career in logistics (Rao, Puranam and Singh, 2021).
Organise ideas: It is another step in which focus is on career of me. In this, I can use different
pictures, image and other things. It allow me to use imagination as image is more interesting in
compare to words.
Analyse information: In this, I needs to connect my braces with central image. It provide be
clear picture for developing career in Logistics. It will helps me to develop more interest and
identify more ideas for purpose of developing career.
Managing knowledge: In this, I was able to manage information that is important for purpose of
making mind map more effective. For this, I can use various information that allow me to
manage things.
Present information: In this, I am able to represent my final mind map that is providing me
guidance.
For purpose of presenting mind map different steps needs to take by me which are
mentioned below:
Knowing yourself: it is important step in which I needs to understand my self. In this, I needs to
understand my values, skills and areas of interest (Tham, 2021).

Finding out skills and knowledge required: In this step, I needs to identify that for developing
career in logistics which skills, knowledge is developed by a person. For developing career in
logistics, I needs to develop data analytics, technical skills, communication, decision making and
other skills.
Deciding goals: In this step, I needs to develop career goals of me that allow me to put efforts in
that direction. It provide guidance to me that in which direction I needs to work harder.
Make moves: In this step, I needs to make my move that allow me to work on basis of strength
and weakness of me. It allow me to work over my weakness and work in a manner that allow me
to get success.
From above mentioned mind map, it is finding out that, I needs to work on my self. First I needs
to identify strength and weakness of me that is required by me for purpose of identify my skills
and area of strength. It also helps me to understand where I needs to work in order to overcome
of weakness.
Prototype
Promotion can be described as early representation of offering of a person look like. It is more
realistic and provide guidance to people that assist them to understand people and also providing
them valuable feedback (Wallisch and Paetzolc, 2022). My prototype is all about my career in
logistic field. For this, I needs to complete my education and also needs to develop skills and
knowledge required for this desired field.
Does I have interest in logistics field?
I have interest in logistics field that is desired field as I see my father to work in this field that
create interest of me in this field. It is important for me to develop career in this field that is
important for me.
Does I have necessary skills and knowledge for the desired career field?
In order to develop carer in logistics, I needs to develop certain skills and knowledge. There are
various skills required in this field that is posses by me that make this career field more suitable
for me.
CONCLUSION
From above mentioned project report, it can be concluded that career design is an important step
that helps a person to develop career in specific field, It also allow them to finding out job

opportunity in that field. It is also consisting different steps like empathy in which person is able
to finding out their strength, skill, values and empathy. It also include define in which individual
is clearly deriding their career idea.
