INTRODUCTION
This report aims at analysing the career growth in respected field. This also shows the
need of individual for identification of personal analysis and impact on development of itself in
future. The career profession as human resource manager in the travel and tourism industry
which is situated in United Kingdom, there are some trends which are possessed by a manager.
For achieving this position a person have to develop skills like interpersonal, communication,
time and digital management. In the current scenario there are many opportunities which prevails
in market for the role of HR manager. The report includes knowledge and behaviour, personal
strength and career fulfilling behaviour. The action plan for improvement of week areas and
application in position of desired role is also included in this report.

Personal analysis
Through working on the classification and analyse the ability and knowledge of own. I
recovered numerous ability which I need in career evolution. There are many factors which are
important for choosing career action. There are various skills which I lack, at the time of work
experience in the university and at my current job role(Hanasono, 2021). The knowledge I
gained in how to make connection with co workers, improves in communication and skills of
presentation. The ability which essentially have in an person to work in HR occupation is trouble
resolution, mind making, coaching and administrative power. In my experience the good
administration and decision making is beneficial for me. The lack of communication and
coaching ability make an impact on growth of my career and opportunity(Waters, 2021). For
performing the role of HR manager the important knowledge must be conceptual and technical
field. I take feedback for my work to gain experience. I have hesitation with talking to the group
of people, for solving problem I am not able to understand the topic(Homsey, 2021). The
requirement for taking best measures to improve skills in my career growth, the projects and
learning at the university helped in it. The week point and strength is necessary to analyse. The
