In order to become an HR Manager, the career path starts with the HR assistant which is the lowest that act as guidance and helps in enhancing the skill and knowledge to move forward to the higher position. Every career path have different job roles and responsibilities which will help me in moving forward and work towards achieving those goals in future. 7

I realize that our group can easily communicate and coordinate with each other which helped us to present in good way and I guided my team-mates where there was necessary so it helped me to realize my skills which can be advantage for me in future to communicate in the company. On the other hand it is also important for the manger to have proper listening and leadership skills which will help me to become a successful manager I aspire to become. I realize that I am bad at listening to others which can be a weakness for me in future achievement of the goals of the company. After identifying my strengths and weakness I should focus on making improvements which will also help me in the professional development. 8
