INTRODUCTION The report will cover personal analysis of all the skills required in assistant manager in retail sector, in addition to this the skills already existed in me, with the help of swot analysis of self-evaluation. With the reference of my weaknesses I will do the required career action plan for me to develop necessary skills and how I will adapt them and what specific skills help me to get prepare for my future line of work. In relation to the previous assignment as job ofAssistant Manager in Retail Industryin which a person is responsible for handling the store manager of doing day to day business operation of any retail store, there are general tasks for manager of the store to do which includes supervising employees communicating and taking feedbacks from customers. According to the requirement and my interest this job will suit my existing skill and it helps me to develop more skills required in this department, so it will help me to improve my growth and personality . As there are set of skills required for this job such as, recruiting, training, motivating, communication, multitasking, decision making, leadership, organisation, tech knowledge are some of the skills that required for the job.
