INTRODUCTION
Graduate employment are those employment which generally need to hold a degree in a
particular field in order to start the career in a field or industry. The main aim to create this report
is to identify the area of graduate employment after leaving the university. As I prefer to choose
the field of marketing and obtain a degree of master in marketing for the same purpose.
Marketing is the field which includes several activities in the organisation. It is basis for the
success and failure of every organisation. Marketing includes all those activities which create
awareness among the target customers about the products and services offered by the
organisation.

Changes in the field of marketing in past few years
It is important to analyse the chosen field as it is connected with the career of an
individual (Pereira, 2020) . The increase in use of technology affects the field in several ways.
There are several changes which are taken place in the field of marketing in the last few years.
Increase the use of internet sources – The use of internet on a very rapid manner changes the
concept of marketing. Traditionally marketing has only few options and conducted through
traditional methods only like hoardings, mouth to mouth publicity and advertisements but with
the increased use of internet in recent times increase the options to market the product in various
ways.
Adaptation of digital marketing – Digital marketing is a wide concept and includes all the
activities of promotion and sales through digital platform. In past few years it is observed that the
digital marketing became an essential tool in order to effectively market the products and
services of the organisation. Digital marketing increase the area of target customer andv helps to
reach the wider geographical area.
Increasing importance of marketing – In past few years the organisations understand the value
of marketing and understand its importance for the success of their business which increase the
demand of marketer in the organisations. Effective ideas for marketing the products and its
implementation is what an marketer do in an organisation.
