INTRODUCTION The primary aim of this report is to identify the importance of new trends which is directly impact on the tour & tourism industry. In this report, it will be selecting the Job profile- Junior HR executive in tour & tourism industry. Afterwards, I will conducting both primary & secondary research in order to focus on the tourism industry. Moreover, I also focus on the different skills, knowledge and experience requires for managing and controlling business operational tasks within tourism industry. Impact of globalisation and technology for tourism industry The globalisation has resulted in the increase of modern technology and development of artificial techniques which is mainly adapted by tourism industry. The concept of globalisation has helped reduce price or cost, enhance operational activities and also improve the customer experience (Grobelna,2017).Globalisation has been rapidly increasingly demand of modern technology in which establish a strong communication, guest service systems. On the other hand, Globalisation impact on the tourism influence the different factors:- unlimitedaccesstodataorinformation,development&constantmodernizationthe accommodation services, free markets and Foreign trade related to them. In this way, it has been identified the tourism enterprise expand their business networks in the international markets, Considerabledemandfortravelservicesandalwaysmaintainhighlevelinternational competition. Primary data analysis- In this research method, it has been conducting the primary research by using interviews, which means that targeting manager of tour & tourism industry.
