This report aims at analysing and evaluation of the career selected by the individual. The
profession which is selected in this report HR manager. As I am very happy to work as a manger
in any of the company. This profession will enhance my most of the skills and knowledge. One
of the most important reason of selecting this profession is that I have major interest in this field
and this will helps me in developing my skills (Drašković, and Džunić, 2021). However, by
having better communication with the other people in the organisation will helps in growing my
career and I will have to focus on this only. Further, students will be more effectively learn and
make changes accordingly. Also, it provides various opportunities to the students in their career.

evaluation of the job vacancy.

Within a HR manager in any of the industry, the change and evaluation is very necessary
and this could be result in very period of time. The HR manger is the one who is carrying out
various activities in a organisation. So, HR is responsible for managing a firm. The management

their employees for long time and handles employees relations and keeping balance in practises
carrying out all the activities and requirements.
