INTRODUCTION
Self-reflection is based on the concept in which identified the actual capacity of human
being. In order to perform certain kind of exercise which means that identified the actual
perception of individual people. It is the best way to learn about the nature, behaviour and
attitude of person. Therefore, it is reflected to the philosophy of consciousness and awareness.
This report will discuss about the personal analysis in order to identify own strength, weakness,
threat and opportunities. Moreover, it will be consider as action plan that help for outlining the
specific need or requirement for individual people. Furthermore, it will develop career with the
help of action plan and overcome weakness, also presenting CV, LinkedIn profile
MAIN BODY
Personal Analysis
Personal analysis is based on the phrase of training needs analysis directed at identifying
which individuals within organisation. An individual person analysis identifies who are able to
handle the business operations and functions with the help of skills, knowledge. In this report, I
have been experienced about the own personal era in the workplace (Dillahunt and Hsiao, 2020
Grambow, 2020). Usually, I have tried to engage with different people and improve own ability
according to the requirements.
By using SWOT analysis, I have been shared the own strength and weakness, so that it
help for me to identify the actual needs for skill development. Therefore, it help for me to
achieve desirable goals in career growth and development.
SWOT Analysis-
Strength
 I have a good communication skill that help for me to engage with potential consumers
and provide the full information about product as well as service.
 I am an independent learner and use my leadership skill to participate into task
management. Sometimes, I can easily achieve desirable goal or target in proper manner.

 I have a knowledge about technical skill such as computer, MS office etc. these help for
developing a sufficient budget in future investment.
Weakness
 I have a lack of planning skill at the time of critical business situation or condition. but I
will try to resolve problem for temporary basis, engage with supervisor.
 According to me, I have required more training in regards of security measurement so
that improve own ability (Karwat, 2020).
 I have a lack of management, organisation skills.
Threat
 I have a face a problem in regards of job uncertainty and failure of implementing
technical approach in business tasks executions.
 I also experienced that high competition level among talented candidate in marketplace.
Opportunities
 In my personal experience, a sufficient IT or technical skill provide a greater opportunity
to switch from one job to another.
 Because of technical knowledge, I am able to expand my business knowledge and gain
more opportunity in the service based companies.
On the basis of SWOT analysis, I have been realised that personal as well as professional
development requires, there is need to focus on the confidence, organisation and management
skills. But I also understand that technical IT skill provide the maximum exposures. From above
analysis, I have decided to improve own skills so that handle entire business complex situation in
proper manner.
Career Action Plan
My person goal is to place in service based company such as Amazon. I know it is
becoming very tough for me to get because of high competition level. But I am hard worker to
handle any kind of business complex situation through skill or knowledge. If I am able to create
a better situation with my easy going personality. Sometimes, I also see myself as effective
