INTRODUCTION
According to me, career viewpoint is considered as a systematic approach which leads to
development of a career life of individual life in a precise manner. Career viewpoint makes
individuals more competent and successful in their life which is a major advantage to academic
life of a candidate (Alexander, 2018). It mainly focuses on skills of individual and helps in
enhancement of growth opportunities and facilitates development of individual as well. In
today’s era of stiff competition, career viewpoint play a crucial role by conducting a review of
necessary skills in the individual. In this report a personal analysis related to skills possessed by
a candidate in academic life of business studies is mentioned. This project also covers a personal
action plan which is also known as career action plan. Personal career action plan also includes
SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bounded) objectives are covered
in this report. This report also covers preparation of my Curriculum Vitae and LinkedIn profile
according to the current situation.

PERSONAL ANALYSIS
In order to effectively work at any organisation, there are several skills required in a person.
With great power comes great authority, so there are various responsibilities which are necessary
in an individual when he works for an organisation. In my views, there are several strengths and
weaknesses which play a crucial role in determination of various roles and responsibilities and
their evaluation (Al-sharafi, 2018). I got a precious opportunity to work as business consultant
who provided me with the enhancement of different skills and qualities that are effective in
providing solutions to the business. While working for ABC business solutions as a business
consultant I realised that business consultant play a crucial role in handling various challenges
that are faced by a business. The role of business consultant is dynamic according to me as the
business consultant provides effective solutions to the business operations and business
strategies. My communication skills helped me a lot in dealing with various issues related to
communication of different employees at the workplace. As I am a student of business studies in
my academic life, theoretical knowledge helped me understanding different functions related to
business functions (Bozionelos, 2020). In order to gain coordination in ABC business solutions, I
