Key factors that can influence choice for a career has been explained as follows: Globalization:This is affecting because of its dynamic nature which connects nation, market, technology in a manner that is impacting an individual, organization and nation also. It has opened so much scope for a particular department at faster rate and is also saved money. Further it has open wider scope for any kind of persons and especially for graduates. That has helped them in searching for new and better opinion for initiating towards diverse and unique method to work(Jiang 2017). It is due to the globalization that jobs are being available over various department of a particular and different department. It has been seen that in modern day scenario lot of options are being generated by the companies to give job to employee. These can be part time or full time depending upon requirement which has been set-up by an organization. Also in current scenario multi talented person are being given more value because of their tendency to perform various task according to their skills. Work Culture:As various internships has been done by me in various restaurants and hotel which has made me familiar with the working culture in such industry. I have performed various roles that has made me analyzed that howvarious departments work and I have also got basic knowledge about different kinds of roles that ahs to beperformed by me at another job. Also i have realized that these internship hasdevelop a kind of confidence in me to deal with an situation accrued at workplace(Hechtlinger, Levin, and Gati, 2019). Communication Skills:This is one of the most important skills that is required to be developed within staff members performing there duty. Such skill helps in completing of work in time. This skills has been developed in me because during my internships I have talked to various people working at various levels. It is important for a person to develop this skill in him which is going to be helpful in analyzing of food preferences of customer(Fujii, 2018). Problem-Solving Skills:These are very important skill that helps in solving issues related to anything occurred within the employees working in hotel. This also helps in getting feedback from customers over services and quality of food. Negotiation Skills:This is also very important to be there because of at times a business is required to manage customer expectation that is very necessary to manage it. For this purpose only it is required for candidate to come to a point where both the parties are getting benefitted from it. Supply Chain Management Skills:Supply chains form an integral part of the agenda of any restaurant business. To manage a supply chain profitably, a restaurant professional needs to efficiently and effectively manage his/her time, manage budgets, meet deadlines, and obtain what he/she needs from subordinates in time. Technical Skills:These are also very important from point of view that all professionals are central and are determined by their financial and operational direction of the restaurant.
