INTRODUCTION This essay will reflect the personal analysis of the student working within the RAW gym.The analysis will include the various skills, knowledge and experience of the individual. Theessay will include summary of job opportunity and a career action plan to determine the personaldevelopment and specific job related activities that are required to obtain growth in the career.Furthermore, the essay will include a CV for a specific job position. TASK 1 : Personal Analysis As a Human resource assistant I have certain skills and knowledge related to the humanresource management. This skills are developed with the job experience and qualification. Thepersonal analysis determines the various skills I have which are as follows - Recruiting skills – Attracting and searching for new talent or effective employees is amain skill required within a HR professional(Armstrong and Taylor,2014). He or shemust have ability to interact with people effectively to communicate various informationamong the various department and employees. It is very important to prepare differentnegotiating contracts and prepare or handle it properly. As a Human resource assistant heor she recruited various employees within the gym such as the trainers, hospitality staffwhich helped in improving the management of the gym. The trainers provides bestservices to the customers which satisfy their needs and increase the overall performanceof the gym. Recruiting skills are very important within an HR professional as theemployees are the main element of the entire organisation, the performance of theemployees decides the growth and outcomes of the business. The HR professional areresponsible for hiring the best and talented employees for the organisation so that theycan work and improve the performance of the business. Therefore, the recruiting skillswere the most important skills On boarding - Employees turnover is very important,On boarding is known as thefunction that enable new employees to get familiar with the working environment as wellas performance and social aspects of their new job roles smoothly or quickly. This skill isalso significant for the HR professional to make sure that the new employees adopt theworking environment easily(Brewster and Hegewisch,2017). For example – The HRprofessional within the gym performs a important function of on boarding new

employees, any new hired employee is provided with specific job responsibilities that heor she needs to perform. It helps the employees to understand their job roles and performaccordingly. The employees within the gym needs to understand their job roles efficientlyso that they can perform the tasks in a better way. Employee relations – The HR professional needs to ensure that the employees workingwithin the organisation are following a positive behaviour as well as treating each othernicely in order to develop a friendly employee relations among themselves. For creating ahealthy workplace environment it is important that the employees are sharing goodrelation and developing social relationships with each other without any discriminationFor example – The gym needs various types of staffs and employees which are recruitedby the HR professionals, each and every employees needs to develop effectiveorganisation behaviour and employee relations among themselves to work incoordination, the HR professionals conduct various activities and programs to makeemployees friendly to each other(Webster,2012).Performance management – The organisation's performance depends upon how theemployees are performing, the HR professionals needs to measure and manage theperformance of the employees to improve and take effective decisions for thedevelopment of the business operations. Performance management is very important taskfor a organisation which is handled by the HR professionals. The records of theincentives, performance, leaves and bonuses are maintained by the HR professionals toeffectively manage the performance of each and every employee working within theorganisation. The HR professionals of every organisation such as record and evaluate theperformance of each employee in order to make specific changes as well as decisions infavour of the employees and organisation(Stephenson and Yorke,2013).Conflict Management – The HR professionals in each and every organisation alsoperform an important function of managing the various conflicts within the workplace.The employees working in a organisation have different types of cultures, value and otherdifferences due to which they often give rise to conflicts situation. The conflicts can berelated to any element such as work issues, appraisals, discrimination etc. For handlingthese kinds of issues and problems within a organisation the HR professionals listen tothe employees and provide effective solutions in order to resolve the conflicts.
