INTRODUCTION
EA artifacts provide descriptions of an organization from different perspectives important
for the various actors involved in strategic decision-making and implementation of IT systems.
This reports highlight road map of implementing new policy in an organization. After that report
explain role and EA artificate of IT in the organization. After that the report explains taxomony
of documentation and operating model of the company. After that report highlights importance
of landscape and standard in an organization. In the end report explain the 5 vission of EA
artifacts implementation.
MAIN BODY
Roadmap of different technology
Organization is looking to bring the automation technology in an organization. Roadmap of
EA project in an organization, road map of the organization is as follows:
Determine your current state: It has been find out that that organization has to understand the
current status. Current status of the company is that they are using outdated technique in an
organization (Pavlyuk and et.al., 2017).
 Define your desire status: In this stage it has been identified that organization is looking
to build good IT infrastructure of the company is able to improve the efficiency.
 Conduct a gap analysis: It is the stage in which identified that there is good gape between
the technology which is used in the organization are outdated and there is huge gape. As
a result it was decided to bring different action which has to be taken in the organization.
 In the last best sequence will be identified to implement the Automation technology in an
organization (Lumor, Chew and Gill, 2016).
Different role of IT
Communicator: IT will play the role of communicator in an organization. As using IT will
bring good amount of clarity in an organization. This will eventually help all the different
interested party in fixing good amount of communication.
Innovator: Another role which will be played by IT is of Innovator in an organization.
As with the help of IT software Govdept’s will able to understand different internal and external
situation of the market. On the basis of same Govdept’s will able to bring good amount of
innovation in Govdept’s.

Data manager: IT will also help the organization in managing the different data system
in the organization very efficiently. IT will help the company in synchronizing different data
more easily and efficiently in the organization. IT will provide good software to company in
presenting different data easily in front of other.
CRM: IT will also play the role in satisfying the need of the customer in the market and
building goof relationship with them in the market. As it has been identified that IT will
understand the need and on the basis of same different technology will perform different activity
in an organization (Lim, Ong,and Brandt, 2018).
Information manager: It will also play the role of information manager in the
organization. As it has been find out that with the help of IT organization will find it easy to
store different information of the company. As the same time will also help the company in
exerting good amount of information from the market and analysis same to get best result out of
the same.

Technology reference model: It is the key EA artifact which will be deliver in the
organization in first 2 month, it is the artifact which will be help company in understanding
different technology which will be used in the organization.
Guideline: It is another EA artificial which will be deliver in the organization. This artifact will
include different guideline which will be used by the company to implement different EA
project in an organization (Reynders and et.al., 2016).
Solution design is another artifact which will be deliver in first two months. This will
define the design of the project which will be introduce in the organization this is is the basis on
which different function of project will be performed in the organization
Business capabilities model: This EA artifact will also be produced in the initial stage itself. This
is the artifact which will define different capability which will be improved in the organization
due to implement action of different project in an organization
Principle: principles are the another artifact which will be produced in then initial stage itself. It
is the documentary which will define the different sort of principle which will be followed by
the employees and interested parties in process of implementing EA project in an organization.

Taxonomy of documents
Taxonomy of documents generally looks at the process of classifying different contents
into the group. Each different group used to has there own different characteristic, model,
procedure and content consumer. Taxonomy of document which will be used in Govtdept’s is as
follows:
First step will be for the organization is to define the clear objective and goal of the
business in as taxonomy will be designed on the basis of different objective of the company in
the market. Objective of the must be defining the end goal and objective which organization is
looking to achieve in the market. Goal and objective of Govtdept is to bring and build good IT
infrastructure in an organization (Au, 2017). After that in the second stage of taxonomy of
documentation for company, it will classify different type of content of an organization. In this
stage the organization will be segregating the different content in thousand of types, which
generally helps the company in understanding different content. At the same time Govtdept will
also make sure that they do not classify content in that high number that it will adversely affect
the productivity of both content consumers and content producers. In the next stage
organization has to make sure that they used to define the each attribute’s name, label, data type
and whether single or multi-valued.
This is generally performed in the organization with the help of metadata model or
attribute of each content type. Generally taxonomy generally requires more technical analysis.
After that in the next step different test will be organized in the market to test different document
taxonomy which has been made in an organization. Taxonomy of documentation in simple
words will be guideline document which will be used by all in an organization.
Operational model
Operational model is generally define as an abstract and visual representative of how
organization delivers the value to its consumer in an market. Govtdept’s will be using
coordination operational model in an organization. This is the type of the model which used to
shared customer, product or supplier data at the same time make sure that it is unique business
unit which used ti impact each other. Reason behing choosing same in the organization is that it
will help the company in getting higher degree of control over different business process in the
organization, also as it used to automate different business unit in an organization. Some of other

feature which will be seen by organization due to implication of this model in an organization is
as follows:
Used to share the customer product or supplier, brings good impact on different unit
transaction. Provides autonomous business management and controls the business process
design of the business.
Role of Landscaping and Standard in organization
Landscaping in EA will help the company in building good hand of IT structure in an
organization. It will play variety of crucial role in the organization, as it will work as a reference
material in the process of general technical planning. Not only will that it also play the role of
rationalization in managing variety of different type of IT landscape and managing different IT
assets of the company. So it can be said that the main role of landscape will to help company in
making different planning in an organization.
Standard in the organizations generally used to set the different which has to be followed
by all the standard organizations members. Standard generally used to represents the proven
usable means of It project in the organizations. At the same time purpose of doing same in the
organizations is that it used to help the company in achieving the technical consistency and
regular compliance in an organization.
Main IT initiative needs to be taken
There are many different type of initiative which has to be taken by the organization in
the market.. Some of the initiative is as follows:
Proper synchronization: It is the first initiative in which organization has to make sure
that the different technologies which are being brought in the organization used to share good
relationship between them so that proper synchronization is there in the organization.
Proper communication: Also, organization has to make sure that there is good sort of
communication in the organization with the help of different IT technology.
Digital strategy: It is another initiative which has to be taken by the organization in
which organization has to make sure that they used to make variety of different type of digital
strategy in an organization.

Digitalization process: Organization also has to makes sure that they have to digitalize
different process in a way that it help the company in improving efficiency of business (Kotusev,
2016).
Cyber security: Organization also has to take different initiative to make sure that
different decision are being taken in the organization to reduce the amount of cyber attack in the
organization.
Main consideration
Understand your EA stakeholder; it is the first consideration which has to be taken place
in the organization. As organization has to make sure that they used to understand different
stakeholder of EA. It has been identified that there are different permission which has to be
taken in implementing the project in the organization.
Another consideration is that organization has to make sure that they used to involve the
different stakeholder in the organization for the process of, so that all stakeholder are having
good sort of clarity in an organization.
Also organization has to make sure that they used to choose the correct operational
model in the organization. As it used to provide good hand of support to different IT
infrastructure in an organization. At the same time organization has to make sure that they used
to structure different EA team in an organization. As they have to make sure that they used to
establish different EA policies in an organization (Kotusev, 2017).
Different vision of an organization
 To build good infrastructure in coming 1 year, this is the first vision in which
organization will look to build good infrastructure in an organization.
 Another vision of the company is to establish good amount of communication in the
organization so that organization is able to bring good out of different IT project which
has been brought in the organization.
 Next vision of the company is to establish good relationship with different consumer in
the market, in a way that it help the company in building good customer base of the
company in the market.
 Another vision of the company is to bring good amount of innovation in the
organization, as it has been find out that organization is lacking behind in bringing good
sort of innovation in the organization.
 Another vision is looked by the organization is to provide good quality of product which
is demand by different customer in the market.

organization. After that report summarize key role of IT as well as EA artifacts. After that report
conclude operational model in the organization and different role of standard and landscape in
implementation of technology. In the end report conclude different vision of organization in
implementing new technology.
