Social skills are what everyone is used to interact with and need to be communicate with every people. These are the skills that include both of the verbal skills as well as nonverbal skills that is individual body language, gesture and eye contact (Bauman and Lucy 2019) Now, in the context of the report, the company Nick Philips has requested the human resources consulting firm to make the proposal to assist the company, where they are lacking and what things will be needed to improve company culture will be further discussed. MAIN BODY Introduction of Nick Philip company This is the medium sized financial service consulting firm, the Philip financial services. The company is involved in its sole owner company and they are making all of the decisions. Apart from these services they are offering is accounting tax, business advisory and self-management funds. There are also few challenges company is facing some of the work culture issues. Because founder of company has been hired staff in company in bulk in their past six months and company growth is taking place too fast, this is the reason staffs are very much stressed and there more is also low. Also, there are multicultural staff, they belong to the very different culture that will create various issues within the organisation. however, Nick is always in favour of promoting diversity but due to mix of culture they are unable to maintain the diversity. Organisational structure the growth of the organisation, first of all company have to be focused on company culture as this is also called the organisational culture that is related from the share value of the organisation, that is related from the several attitudes and practices. This represents personality of company and this play an important role in the organisation. In order of development and growth of company the corporate culture must reflect appropriately to align their values for accomplishment of vision of organisation (Chen, 2021) The organisation Nick has to adopt clan culture for doing primary focus on mentorship of staffs and teamwork, this will be helpful for defining qualities. The clan culture is the people that has to be focused in the sense, that companyfeelslikeonebigfamily,thisishighlycollaborativethingfortheworking environment, where every people will be going to be feel happy as well as empowered within the
organisation. although. Clan cultures helps to boost high rates of engagement of employment that will makes them happy for its customers. This will be helpful in growth of company and will improve productivity of company. Organisation culture As now, the culture of organisation is really Mix, there are very different types of staffs will belong from the different culture.so they are facing various issue and conflicts in the organisation due to different thinking and different working styles. There is no familiar culture within the company so, the staffs will feel encouraged and empower in organisation. The organisation Nick Philip is needed good leadership that helps to communicate well with staffs and well motivate their team to handle all the responsibility within the organisation because a good leader is focusing on everything id going within the organisation and provides flexibility to resolve every problem in a changing and mix environment. As the effective leaders is able to clearly explain the employee every problem and explain their employee everything that includes one to one departmental conversation as well as well organised communication with employee through, phone e-mail video chat and social media. Here are some strategies to implement and create a positive and ethical workplace culture is as follows- Clear expectations-the organizational culture should include some of the guidelines and procedure about, interaction of employee a s well as what are the behaviours is not acceptable in the workplace. This is referred as the codes of conduct. This is one of the first step towards creating an ethical workplace to have clear and defined expectations to make sure these are the expectation in the written form From the top to down- one of the expectations that has been clearly will established and communicated, this is one of the best methods for ensuring the employee of company and will get motivate their employee to follow the guidelines through managers and executives to adopt those behaviour. This also includes the ensuring behaviour that will be applied to find the opportunities to discuss the ethical dilemmas in the enterprises. Workplace bullying prevention programme Workplace bullying is of many types, there are lots of causes of workplace bullying, if some find that, that individual people is caring and collaborative, someone will starts bullying to stop, individual growth of the peoples.
