INTRODUCTION
Departmental analysis is important exercise. This will help in ascertaining information
about the existing aspects and factors along with performance of employees. Its importance
increases more in case of medical institutions because their functioning directly related with the
health of individuals. The main reason behind their regular analysis is to determine the actual

further having impact over the performance of others and the overall working of whole
department. It is the duty over management and manager of department that made regular level
updations so able to direct employees towards the direction of completing duties and targets
effectively. This simultaneously leave positive impact on overall performance of whole
department where it able to accomplish their combined level targets. The main aim of this report
is also about analysing nursing department of London Bridge Hospital. It is one of the effective

medical health. There are large number of departments exist in hospital that Woking in direction

situated on the south bank of the River Thames in London. In actual, this was designed by
Llewelyn Davies Weeks and built by Bovis Construction. This was opened in year 1986 and start
delivering its services. It is the part of HCA Healthcare UK which is the largest private operator
of healthcare facilities in all over the world. Over the period of time, it stated the expansion of
activities including infrastructure. In April, 2006, it expanded its outpatients operations in next of
their own building which is one of the first art deco building in UK. Afterwards, in year 2013 it
took three floors in Shard. Finally, in September 2016 it transferred its fertility services in Shard.
Currently, hospital is having well recognised name in city along with the whole nation.
All the different medical services are provided by this hospital. It has good market image and
recognition due to the team of medical professionals and advanced technology equipments. The
main mission on which this hospital provides its functionalities include commitment to care and
improvement in human life. In respect to same, focusing over providing high quality and cost
effective services. The some of the ethos which are important part of hospital working includes
recognition and affirmation of the unique and intrinsic value attached with each individual,

technology driven state of the art hospital facilities that aid in attracting doctors and surgeons

complex conditions. Here, all the patients treated on the basis of approach like customised and
