INTRODUCTION
The report have main aim for knowing about the definition and meaning for the project
along with the developing project planning in which the project manager and their team members
required to have the various activities. Furthermore, also explain about the administering and
monitoring the project while using the various methods for the project. Finally explain about the
reviewing the project in using the various stakeholder for development project. In this case study
have been selected for making the project Dinner party arrangement in the new-year eve.

<The main reason of doing the project is to arrange and plan a formal dinner party
on the occasion of new year for almost 10 people. The party needs to be done
according to the planned resources, budget and the timescale. The main aim of the
project is to make the new year party successful by satisfying the client as well as the
guests. This will impact the reputation of the company named Caters Care which is
owned by two partners who got the contract from a client to organise a party on the
new year’s eve. The major aim is to make the occasion and the celebration very
special.>
The name of the company is Cater Care whose owners are two partners who in
partnership have started the catering company and then takes the orders from various
clients for organising various events in various occasions (Sutawidjaya and
Nawangsari, 2020). They do not only deal with catering but also deals in various
other things like arranging the decoration, meals, accessories and many more. This is
how, the company is facing rapid success by providing best and good quality goods
and service to the clients (Abdul-Malak and Abdulhai, 2017).
There are various opportunities for the company and the two partners to expand their
business to other countries like UK, Russia, India etc. as this can help in gaining
greater profitability and also higher competitive advantage. Also, the company can
make use of the innovative products and services to attract large number of

customers. The pricing strategy of the company can be minimized for attracting
customers of all classes and not only the premium ones.
Organisation and
Project objectives The outcomes which will be gained after this project will be a successful celebration
on the occasion of new year and various orders from the guests related to future
events. Token of appreciation from all the guests and client.
Positive feedbacks along with the increasing of the client base will be the major
outcomes which will also help in achieving the company objectives (Xiong and
et.al., 2017).
Project deliverables Best food with best quality and presentation.
Every type of food including the deserts, appetizers, main course, wines, cheese
course and many more in affordable budget.
Providing full entertainment for all the guests and the client as well.
Perfect and appropriate decoration according to the occasion of new-year which
made the guests stunned in first sight.
In Scope Identifying the needs and expectations of the client regarding the celebration day.
Getting the approximate number of guests which will be coming to the party.
Getting the ideas about the venue and time of the event.
Out of Scope The lighting of high quality can be expensive and out of budget.
The food with the menu including different varieties can cross the budget. There can
be risks of lighting and technical issues.
