INTRODUCTIONThe organisation is required to act ethically as this act will help business entity inachieving success and fostering growth. It is essential for company to address when the have tomake ethical decision and required to face ethical issues. The manager in an enterprise isrequired to formulate effective strategies as this will aid firm in dealing with the complex andcritical situations. The moral sensitivity is defined as the level of awareness about the ethicalissues in various situation .Organisation in order to act morally should have potential to makesome sort of determination and interpretation of conditions in context of tactics that can beadopted in order to deal or respond to uncertain situations.The project has focus on identifying the ethical issues or challenges faced by Just Jobscompany. Study will highlight the major ethical approaches that can be adopted by cited venturein order to identify the ethical issues.TASK 11. Identifying the Ethical IssuesThe given case study is centred around the utilisation of financial resources anddistribution of profit among partners in the newly established company. As in the given case thepartners has decided to take only small portion of profits for personal use. Bills wife has beendiagnosed with uncommon condition that will require amount of 2,00,000 $ for medicaltreatment. This is the reason for which the Bill has to withdraw large amount of money from thecapital and has to face conflicts with other partners. Ethical issues are defined as the specificsituation in which manager in the organisation has to select the appropriate strategy or otheralternative from the several options that can measured as right or wrong. The objective of thecited venture is to provide maximum benefit to the stakeholders and expand its core businessactivities. This purpose is not suitable with the present situation where the partners are facing thefinancial issues in their personal life and has not been able to fulfil their essential requirement forwhich they have to withdraw large amount of money from the capital of business . This factorhas great effect on the success and growth of the cited venture. It has lead to the decrease inprofitability of organisation and has lead to the conflict between partners. This situation hasoccurred due to the Just Jobs management decision to take high investment risk in order toprovide maximum benefit to the shareholder.
