Executive Summary
Uber was founded by two person named Travis Kalanick and Garrett camp while they are on ride
on a snowy evening in Paris. They have some kind of issue in haling a cab and so they came with
idea of providing cab services with help of application. Uber services was in San Francisco in the
year of 2010. One of best feature of Uber application is the ease of using it. The mission
statement of Uber is its core business strategy like reliability and convenience of using it. In the
last few years Uber has expanded its business in more than 300 cities in 60 countries.
