While working in the organisation, it is necessary forthe managers, executives, supervisors and the other employee's to showcase their cultural, andsocial attributes as this helps the company to build a better inter personal relationship betweenthe various employee's and help the organisation to carry out the operations in a better way. Thedepiction of the cultural and the social attributes will have the following impact on the operationsof the company:It helps the firm to improve the productivity by placing the employee's of the similarcultural and social background together (Kubiszyn and Borich, 2015). The similar cultural or social grouping will help the organisation to have the bettercommunication process that will lead to the rise in the productivity and profitability ofthe company.It builds a trust level among the employee's which helps them to perform better at theorganisation. It helps the organisation to opt for the better strategies and measures to enhance thequality of the work environment. 2.
