A) The information of the candidates is gathered from the candidates is gathered from the
application forms and interview rounds. This all become a part of personal files when they are
hired. All the informations such as security numbers and addresses are filed away and are not
accessible to anyone but HR mangers.
B) the steps involved in induction process begins with setting clear objectives and goals, meeting
colleagues, taking tour of the workplace, understanding health and safety parameters, going
through companies policies and procedure and finally identifying training needs.

A) Educator should have given knowledge of how to identify needs of the staff. as every staff
have different needs so it is important to find out their needs. if necessary than educator
should also have done research because that will be helpful in understanding the educator
more effectively.
B) Providing them equipment- while providing training educator needs equipment so that is why
it must be provided to them.
technology- they will be provided new technology so that they can provide effective training
example projector, internet etc.
staff information- information related to the staff should have provided to them in advance so
that educator can plan accordingly.
