2.1 Assessing own management skills
performance at Dorchester Luxury
There are some of the various skills of management that are to
be used by the enterprises for the hospitality sector. Being a manager at
Dorchester Luxury at UK there are different skills for the management
of own performance that is described below:
To Ask right questions- I have to be able to ask proper questions which
is based on the discussion of effective performance.
Deliver Feedback- Ability to deliver the feedback is an appropriate
skill.
Analyse the areas for development- To help the team members for
developing so that I need to find out the proper new challenges which
can stretch the skills and helps in the growth.
