There are several factors that influence over the key learning of the individuals and these
key factors are discussed in the report below. There are many theories which the individual can
discuss in context to learning. As this is stated that I m making and developing the PDP in HR
profession. In university there is effective level of support which is provided to us in the form of
teachers, guiders, tutors, mentors, leaders and supervisors. They provide us the level of support
by providing the study material and giving proper guidance and assistance (Deeley, 2014) . In
university I had learned through many effective opportunities such as I had learned through
classroom activities and lectures that how to collaborate in teamwork and how to manage the
time, the placement experience gained by working with the service providers and gained the live
experience of the things which were performed in front of me.
The life experiences also gained by me such as personal experiences, etc., all these
experiences helped me in getting the adequate level of services (Sin and Neave, 2016). Along
with this, to increase my learning skills I make the use of the online things using internet and
then I had put on the questions against my issues and problems faced by me during learning from
these experiences. The personal learning experiences has make the improvement ion my
awareness and identity, this learning has also helped me in developing the talent and potential
along with the increment in my quality of life, etc. The main benefits I gained from the personal
learning and development by having this much of experiences are as follows which as improves
my self-awareness, wealth and health, self-knowledge, self-esteem. The personal development
will helps us in future in improving the internal capabilities and also aid to attain the targeted
goals. The things which I have learned in the university has helped in near future to deal with the
complex and adverse situation (Jackson, 2015) . This is the of continuous learning and having
the continuous development in the skills which will prepare us for the hard situations.
Along with this, I had developed my own Development plan for the different short and
long term objectives and aims that I need to achieve according to the organisational standards
and criteria. The objectives which are stated above in the present portfolio were broken down
into the various short term and sub objectives. These objectives are to be gained and attained in
the effective time frame and by adopting and following the specific and particular strategy on the
way to achieve it (Jackson, 2016) . I believe that when my goals are set as my priorities then
