Governance for Safety and Quality in Health Service Organisation The case is based on a patient named Daisy who is an old woman with 85 years of age and get admitted to the healthcare organisation. She was suffering from the problem of chest infection and Bilateral lower pneumonia with history of other health issue as well. The patient has a medical history of COPD,Bowelcancer,Hypercholesterolaemia,Osteoarthritisand hypertension. However, patient stays in an aged care facility with low standard since past 5 years after her husband's death. Daisy has a son and a daughter who prefers to stay separately with their own families. She has very serious condition because it is not possible for her to move without any support because she use to move with her family members and taxis at every time of their outing. Clinical issueIntroduction Considering the clinical issue, it has been recommended that to focus on information provided by family of patient and consider it while providing care.
