COACHING
It refers to a valuable tool which helps in developing a wide range of skills, essentials providing space for profound
personal development. It will help a person in developing their self-awareness, self- acceptance, well- being, ability to
manage stress and provide other beneficial outcome.
COACHING SELF-ASSESSMENT
It refers to a tool which is created for assist coaches for their own development. Coaching self- assessment help a
coach is effective analyzing the its strength and weakness and provide the ides which skill it need to develop.

Various essential components of effective
coaching
Trust- The nature of coaching is based on the component of trust. By establishing and maintaining a trusting relationship will an
effective fundamental which enhance the process of coaching. When there is a mutual trust in relationship than the coach will achieve
higher confidence in coaching process. If there is no trust then the level of confidence of coach will also suffer.
Clarity & Client Accountability- For achieving the effective outcome it’s very important to clarifying the expectations on the initial
stage. It is analysis that thee coaching is only fail when the coach will not willing to reflect to take responsibilities for their development
and action. If the coach has high expectation with their coaching process and delegates all responsibilities the relationship will succeed.
Goals- Coaching is a goal derive activity. This is an important component for a providing best coaching. According to it an effective
coach is only one who ensure that client’s goals will meet this criterion and also anticipating potential obstacle which prevent the
achievement of those goal. Creating an effective goal and action plan will improve the performance towards attainment of goal.
Feedback and Assessment- For initiate and sustain behavioral change it is imperative that coaches receives information regarding their
progress or lack thereof. For an effective coaching it’s very important that a coach will take effective feedback for successful coaching.
From these components of effective coaching I analysis that I need to consider all these components. So that I am able to provide an
effective coaching to my clients. These components help me in building a trust which help me in developing a good relationship with my
clients. All these components will define me my responsibilities and accountabilities and I successfully consider all these components of
coaching.
