It is essential for every individual to focus on their learning and development and
enhance their employability skills for the benefit of their professional life.
Self-assessment tool is that tool which help an individual to measure their strengths
and weakness and make corrective actions to convert their weakness into their

Coaching is the process where an individual can get to know that what ranks they

GROW Coaching Model
Goal: It is the first stage of this model where an I need to
set some goals which I want to achieve in future.
Reality: This stage describes that what are actual
existing skills in me and where I actually stand to
achieve my future goals.
Options: This stage will define that what all alternatives
I have to accomplish my goals as soon as possible. I
have various options to accomplish my goals.
Wrap UP: This is the last stage of this model which
further help me to perform those actions and practices
well which will help me to achieve my goals.

CLEAR coaching model
Contract: This is the first step of this model which is used to accomplish my own desired
outcomes.
Listen: This is the second stage where my coach ask few questions from coachee to identify
their preferences related to topic and my needs and expectation from coach.
Explore: This is the stage where I ask more questions regarding the problems and also work
together to answer different responses by identifying my emotional ability to handle the issues.
Actions: This stage will help me to analyse what all options of actions are having with me to
achieve my goals and mitigate my fear of failure for future.
Review: This is the last stage of this model where both coach and the coachee identify what we
have discussed to mitigate the coachee's problem.

Threats: I am also feeling nervous in front of crowd and I am unable to speak openly in
