6 CLEAR coaching model •Contract:This is the first step of this model which is used to accomplish my own desired outcomes. •Listen:This is the second stage where my coach ask few questions from coachee to identify their preferences related to topic and my needs and expectation from coach. •Explore:This is the stage where I ask more questions regarding the problems and also work together to answer different responses by identifying my emotional ability to handle the issues. •Actions:This stage will help me to analyse what all options of actions are having with me to achieve my goals and mitigate my fear of failure for future. •Review:This is the last stage of this model where both coach and the coachee identify what we have discussed to mitigate the coachee's problem.
