INTRODUCTION
The multidisciplinary care team is defined as the team which is well associated with the
healthcare setting as the part of healthcare professional team. They usually consist of nurses,
dietitian, primary care physician and various professional which may contributed for the good
health and also show the aspect which is well related with the aspect of support and care to the
