The sense of trust will create the cooperative environment for the negotiation.
However, the direction or the level of trust can be changed to the political
interest. This can be done form both project development team side or the side
of the clients. The trust can be beneficial for resolving the conflicts in the
commercial project management. The collaboration framework has certain
significance on the commercial negotiation framework. It can be said that
proper application of the framework will lead to the successful implementation
of the commercial negotiation (Zwikael and Smyrk 2015). Different people can
see the same from different perspective. Taking the opinion of the other will
help to develop different problem solving theories. Depending on that the
mitigation of the conflicts in the project negotiation process can be occurred.
The social capitals and the influences has significant affect on the outcome of
commercial negotiation(Zwikael and Smyrk 2015). The favourable social
situation will lead to the easy negotiation process. The cultural background is
also considered as the influencer for the negotiation process. The negotiation
process is the indicator of the success of the collaboration in development of
the project. The proper commercial negotiation will help in the effective
stakeholder management and the engagement of the stakeholders (Niazi et al.
2016). Apart from that the clarity in the requirement analysis can be achieved
from the commercial negotiation process. The proper documentation of the
requirement helps to mitigate the possibility of the scope creep in the project
(Rezvani et al. 2016). This will easily eliminate the chances of the delay in the
delivery of outcome of the project. However, the project negotiation and the
collaboration process need the proper situation for the process. The proper
social situation is needed in this case. Apart from that the political influence can
affect the negotiation process positively or negatively (Cummins et al. 2016).
