2016). In the present week uses of the

well as government was discussed in
that organization. In the private
organization, the negotiation played a
vital role and more is reflected
through the private sector. But in the
organization of government more
work of paper and involvement of
third party are required. In the
projects in private sector are handled
by the negotiator which can always
be handled internally with the help of

role regarding to the resolution of the
conflict because he is only the person in
the organization who can identify the
factors of the conflict and also takes huge
responsibility for initiating the process for
resolution when any conflict arises in the
project. The organization of the
government has some commands,
authorities, protocols and procedure by
comparing the organization of private. The
management of the conflict takes a lot of
time in the organization of government
(Currie, 2017).

the conflict solving strategy. The main

appropriate approach is completely
dependent on situations and the
people of the organisation. A project
manager should have a clear
knowledge and understanding of the
conflict managing approach and the
consequences.

Resemblance Model focuses on the aspect

saying properly and thus it leads them to
be involved in conflict (Lee, 2017). The
members of a project can be considered as
one family and thus they have some
similar traits among them that will lead
them to work peacefully where as the
members are from different backgrounds
and hence they also have different traits
and different opinions. The people have
different thinking and decision making
level.

management must be chosen as per the
situation. RBP forms thus needs the details
of the team members so that the
appropriate negotiation approach can be
chosen. The conflict managing approach
may differ as per the teams of a single
project as the selection of the proper
negotiation technique depends on the
characteristics of the team members.

particular scenario have given me the
ideas of the various approaches to
manage conflicts (Beitler, 2016). The
better conflict management approach
is avoidance whereas, it is not always

the manager who is undertaking the
project needs to be ready to take help
of any kind of conflict management
approach based on the people and
situations.
From the previous discussion I have learnt about
RBP forms that can be used a useful tool in
conflict management as it clarifies the objectives
of the project and the responsibilities of the
stakeholders.
