The difference between the private the government organization is that in the
private organization the company is owned by a person or a group of people.
The managerial decisions are taken by the owner of the company. On the other
hand the government organization is owned by the government and the
decision making is also done by the government with the collaboration of the
other government aided bodies (Lloyd-Walker and Walker 2015). The
commercial negotiation is different for the government and the private
organizations in the government organization the negotiation is a long process.
The way for negotiation with the government bodies is a complex procedure ,
whereas, the negotiation process with the private organization is easy. The
process needs paperwork to be done however, in case of private organization
the flexibility in the process has been notices.
This differences have certain implications on the contractors and designers. The
contractors can reach to the private organization in an easy way. However, in
case of government organization making contract may be difficult as there is no
specific way for reaching to the government. The need for the contract is
published through the tender (Walker and Rahmani 2016). There is a lack of
usage of the information technology in case of government organization. The
details regarding the project can be found from the websites of the private
organization which in many cases may not be applicable for the government
organization (Lloyd-Walker, Mills and Walker 2014). However, some of the
government aided bodies are implementing information technology in the
process of the business.
RBP stands for relationship based procurement forms. RB is used for the
generation of the value in the project. The forms of RBP can be different for
different geographical areas. The intensity and the characteristics found through
the application of the analysis through RBP helps to evaluate the relation
between the project owner and the project delivery team.

The collaboration in the project management is an important thing for the
negotiation of the project. There are different form of collaboration. The
selection of the collaboration is dependent on the type of the project and the
negotiation is needed for the project. The collaboration improves the
engagement of the stakeholders in the development of the project and the flow
of communication and knowledge sharing among the team members of the
project (Suprapto,Bakker and Mooi 2015). There are certain factors those have
the significance in the collaboration process. These factors are behavioural
factors, process, routines followed during the development of the project. The
overall discussion regarding the concept of project procurement and
collaboration will help in the project negotiation process.
