INTRODUCTIONBusiness communication plays an important role in managing organisational functions.The report will evaluate the importance of effective communication and barriers to effectivecommunication. Further, it will outline the importance of framing sentences properly byconsidering grammar and punctuation at specific places. TASK 11.1 Communication needs of internal and external stakeholdersCommunication within an organisation is always purposeful whether it is to inform, toteach, to persuade or to request action. It is a process that must be understood by both the senderand receiver of the message in order to be successful. The communication needs of an internaland external stakeholders differ slightly due to their position in relation to the organisation.Stakeholders are any individuals or groups that are involved with an organisation. Internalstakeholders include people who work from within the organisation, such as employees,volunteers, managers and CEO (Locker, and Kaczmarek, 2013). Apparently, Externalstakeholders are the people who are affected by the work and activity of the organisation such as;shareholders, investors, customers, clients and suppliers. Thus, it is important as it helps ineliminating problems which can arise due to communication gap.1.2 Different communication model which support administrationThere are a number of different patterns of communication that take place in business. Theydiffer due to the direction and flow of the information. Communication within administration caninvolve letters, meetings, emails, presentations, and memos. The chain model represents a hierarchical pattern of communication which cansometimes be found in military organisations where information is passed down the chainof command (Belás, Habánik, and Novák, , 2014). The star model would be found in all organisations involving teams of people this willensure consistent communication, and in turn improve overall efficiency of theorganisation.1.3 Effectiveness of different communication systemCommunication within business can be in a number of different ways, the methoddepends on the information being delivered. Effective communication relies on how clear themessage is and making sure the appropriate method is used. It is also important to consider any1
