Communication plays a major role in determining the standards of any organisation whether it be

required for a sector and that can only be achieved by proper means and measures. The
Healthcare sector is one of the vast sectors and the social care providers are said to be the major
assets that will bring about a good amount of attention that is required for people who are
suffering. In this regard communication plays a major role in determining the standard where
they will have to follow certain aspects and components that are a part of communication skills.
Few of the required communication skills are as follows:
Listening and attending: one may not be able to identify the most ironical standards that are
oriented with listening. In a Healthcare and a social care sector listening is the first and foremost
priority that will have to be developed because in order to bring about an incredible change with
regard to the policies of patients or people who are approaching the sector, it is first necessary
that they will have to listen to what their problem is. Listening is one of the major
communication skills that will have to be sharpened at regular intervals and the words that are
indicated by different set of people will bring about an ideology that is to be incorporated.
Nonverbal: nonverbal refers to the language of the body that is best seen while communicating

Questioning: questioning is also one of the major forms of communication skills because it is not
until when the people who are working in the health sector and social care put forth their
questions towards the other person who approached them that they get to understand their
criteria. For this the communication skill that is more obvious is questioning. It will also derive
the barriers in between different concepts that are a part of understanding an individual. Through
questioning process an individual can get to understand the standards of different patients or
