In the health and social care sector, it is imperative to have
healthy communication in between the staff and
employees. It is significant for the admiration to develop
good communication skills among workforce in order to
make effective communication with service users and staff
can explain the treatments in future.

In care homes, it is potentially significant to engage in
effective and efficient communication practices. As there
are several strategies which can be used by organisation to
support patient in appropriate manner.
In given case study, it has been found that Miss Gina is
diagnosed with dementia and serves depression.
