that in order to survive in the modern age of competition all the organizations have to work with
any remote employees and provide them all the necessary information so that they can work with
the employees located in the main office. This helps in getting a huge multicultural expertise
from different parts of the world. Corie Haylett (Appalachian State University, Boone, NC,
USA) is one of the famous and well-known lecturers and instructor in the field of business
administration. She has been teaching several students on business administrating and the

Chih-Wen Wu is one of the very well known professors working in the Department of
Marketing, National Chung Housing University, College of Management, Taichung, 402,
Taiwan. The writer here mainly speaks about the risks or the issues that might be present in the
transmission of the messages across facebook. Facebook is one of the important media through
which the business organizations can actually follow an employee-centric and also a customer-
centric approach. For example, the issues regarding food safety can arise due to some errors in
the production or the logistics process. Thus it is the duty of the organizations to convey this
issue to the customers through Facebook, However Nicoli and Komodromos (2019) has argued
that Facebook might often fail to provide authentic information. The information might often be
misleading both for the organization and for the customers as well. Thus companies have to
make sure that they are hiring experts which can actually keep a follow-up or a track on the
information on the content or news that is being given on Facebook.

Economics). She is involved in training the upcoming business officials in different languages so
that they can interact and easily carry on with their business communication in the future.
One of the major issues that are faced by organizations is the difference in the language
that is used by different employees. Employees coming from different regions of the world will
naturally be from different social-cultural and linguistic background. Thus the management has
to develop many linguistic training sessions so that all the employees can interact with one
another and get to know the language spoken by one another. However, Nicoli and
Komodromos (2019) have argued that the company needs to take special measures to make sure
that none of the employees are insulting or bullying each other because of the differences in their
socio-cultural backgrounds.

CSR technologies are also taking a very important role in the modern day scenario so that
they can shape the proper communication system. Thus all the people who are involved in the
managing of the organization are responsible for conducting the CSR or the corporate and social
responsibility in a proper way so that they can gain a good reputation. However, in order to
enhance the communication system properly, they have to make sure that communication with
