Introduction
Select Fresh Providers is a warehouse for the storage of fruits along with vegetables.
This warehouse is currently situated at Silver water but it would shift to St Peters on account
of space problem (Bloom et al. 2014). The interviewee is Naveed Rao who works in the
warehouse and has been working at the company for many years. It is on account of the fact
that he has been working at the company for many years that he would be able to able to
provide correct information in relation to the communication issues of the company. This
report throws light on the aspect of communication of Select Fresh Providers.
Methods of Research
The method of conduction of the research was an interview with the help of which
essential information was gathered about the culture prevailing in Select Fresh Providers. The
interviewee was selected on the basis of the fact that he should be someone who has served a
long term at the company and is hence familiar with the proceedings of the company. He was
persuaded for the interview by communicating to him that this interview will be able to bring
about organizational changes and it would benefit the workers of an organization
(Cornelissen and Cornelissen 2017). The primary research method involves the collection of
data regarding a subject and it is gathered from real world. Interview, survey and observation
fall under the ambit of the primary research method. Interviews can help in providing a lot of
information that is gathered from small group of people. Interviewing acts as a valuable
method of research and face-to face information helped Naveed Rao in communicating
important aspects pertaining to Select Fresh Providers. In this kind of interview, the person
being interviewed and the interviewee can speak directly to each other and it can help in
eliciting important information in relation to the company. Interviews can be helpful in

There is good communication between the employers and the employees in
organization and this helps in providing satisfaction to the employees. The employees think
