that people uses similar language which can be understood by
both sender and receiver. Thus, it is an effective tool for
communicating at workplace in order to establish a better

Models of communication used in order to explain
the process of human interaction, thus, it is a process
of sending and receiving message in the form of
transferring information.

This is one of the basic form of communication in which entire
procedure happens in a straight line typically from starting and

According to the market scenario, there are different kind of
methods that are available through which people can interact with
one another. Mainly, there are four to five methods of
communication methods and these are verbal, non-verbal, written,

For having a better handing and management of business it is
necessary that company used appropriate medium or tool for
communication process.
Open Meeting: Company for maintaining a better relations must
conduct meeting on a regular basis. Interaction will remove any
kind of hesitation if new employees have while performing any
kind of while performing their task. Through this employees try
establish better relation with other people who are working in an
organisation.

Conclusion
From the above report, it has been evaluated that,
communication is the basic medium for interacting with others
related to business and any other. So, it is essential that an
effective medium is used by the organisation. Now a day's there
are various mediums through which a person can establish a
better communication with other individuals.
