for which they performs their work. It is necessary to have good communication skill in order to interact with
individual person that assists in exchanging information & opinion with another person during the period of time.
Herein, in this report, the organization is taken named as TESCO. It is the largest organization provides different
kind of services to its user in order to satisfy them. In this report, there is different kind of method or model used
for communicating with other person. In addition to this, they also discussed regarding principle of appropriate
communication and its barrier. Apart from this, there are various styles and method related to oral communication
used for interacting with target audience during particular phase of time period. The main purpose of
communication is to interact with audience that is necessary to conduct appropriate task in proper manner (Blewitt,
Parsons and Shane, 2018).

Communication models
There are different kinds of communication models which is used by business organization
in order to increase communication and analyze how to communicate with audience during
the period of time. There are different kinds of model adopted by company that is given
below:
Aristotle’s Model
It is determined as a oldest model of communication that is designed for how to develop
into convincing communicator. In this model, there are five kind of element related to
communication that help in assessing how to communicate appropriately like speaker,
occasion, speech and its target audience and their effect. This kind of element increases
communication such as credibility, capability to connect as well as logical arguments. This
model does not focus on feedback or reviews given within communication during particular
phase of time period.

Shannon-Weaver Model
It is determined as a communication model in which there are different kinds of element
including sender, encoder, channel & receiver as well as many more. The focus is on
significance of encoding & decoding message that is sent. In the process of encoding, there
is a kind of noise occurs that disrupt messages. Therefore, this kind of model is used by
organization to send message to receiver in an appropriate manner during particular phase
of time period (Holmes, Zhang and Harris, 2019).

Examples of communication systems
There are different examples of communication system that is adopted by chosen organization which
is going to be mentioned below:
Optical communication system as its name suggests, optical means light thus the optical system of
communication is based on light that is determined as a medium related to communication. In optical
system of communication, the transmitter focuses on converting information into optical signal as
well as it's finally reached to recipient. The recipient focuses on encoding signal and responds to them
accordingly.
Radio communication system in radio system of communication, the information is transmitted by
using radio. Therefore, it works as a transmission as well as receiver and both are equipped with
antenna. The transmitter focuses on using antenna to produce signal that is generated by using wave of
radio carrier. The receiver also used antenna that focuses on receiving signal.

There are different types of communication system which is adopted by company that is given below:
Verbal communication is uses of words to transfer data & information by using sign language. It is
determined as a most basic kind adopted during presentation, phone calls, meetings and many more.
Nonverbal communication is determined as a communication in which there is a use of gesture, facial
expression in order to convey information to other person during particular phase of time period (HOTEL,
2016).
Written communication is determined as an act of typing, printing, symbol such as letter as well as number
that help in conveying information. Email & letter is determined as example of written communication at
workplace.

environment.
There is different kind of technology adopted in business organization for communication.
It is important for successful operation of organization and it is completely integrated within
business interaction. The network of company wills faster, the internet become powerful
force in which they perform. And, there are various types of technology adopted by
company that is given below:
Networking it allowed user to interact by using traditional voice as well as video in secure
system. Networking also provides allowance to collaboration on programming,
documentation and many more. Networking is considered as a backbone of technology and
how one person communicates within business organization to another in an appropriate
manner.

Outline principles of effective communication
There is different kind of principle of appropriate communication that is adopted by chosen
organization is going to be mentioned below:
Have a goal while starting communication, it is necessary for organization to have a goal or purpose
in order to communicate with other person.
Listen superior communication is not determined as a one way without giving opportunity to say
word, declaration for communicating with another person it is necessary to be clear on words they
want to say in order to communicate with other person.
Use stories it is determined as another method to connect with audience and communicate ideas with
appropriate illustrative stories. The individual person has natural teller as well as listener of story.
Therefore, it is a great way to communicate with another person in an appropriate manner (Moss,

There are different kinds of barrier which is arising during communication that is going to be
mentioned below:
The environmental barrier is connected to place, climate and noise and environmental barrier
divert other person to appropriately communicate for performing different function in proper way.
Social barrier includes social psychology occurrence that are known as values and behavior of
person during the period of time. It divert person to communicate appropriate with another person.
