It is necessary to have good communication skill in order to interact with individual person that assists in exchanging information & opinion with another person during the period of time. Herein, in this report, the organization is taken named as TESCO. It is the largest organization provides different kind of services to its user in order to satisfy them. In this report, there is different kind of method or model used for communicating with other person. In addition to this, they also discussed regarding principle of appropriate communication and its barrier. Apart from this, there are various styles and method related to oral communication usedforinteractingwithtargetaudienceduringparticularphaseoftimeperiod.Themainpurposeof communication is to interact with audience that is necessary to conduct appropriate task in proper manner (Blewitt, Parsons and Shane, 2018).
Communication models There are different kinds of communication models which is used by business organization in order to increase communication and analyze how to communicate with audience during the period of time. There are different kinds of model adopted by company that is given below: Aristotle’s Model It is determined as a oldest model of communication that is designed for how to develop into convincing communicator. In this model, there are five kind of element related to communication that help in assessing how to communicate appropriately like speaker, occasion, speech and its target audience and their effect. This kind of element increases communication such as credibility, capability to connect as well as logical arguments. This model does not focus on feedback or reviews given within communication during particular phase of time period.

Examples of communication systems There are different examples of communication system that is adopted by chosen organization which is going to be mentioned below: Optical communication systemas its name suggests, optical means light thus the optical system of communication is based on light that is determined as a medium related to communication. In optical system of communication, the transmitter focuses on converting information into optical signal as well as it's finally reached to recipient. The recipient focuses on encoding signal and responds to them accordingly. Radio communication systemin radio system of communication, the information is transmitted by using radio. Therefore, it works as a transmission as well as receiver and both are equipped with antenna. The transmitter focuses on using antenna to produce signal that is generated by using wave of radio carrier. The receiver also used antenna that focuses on receiving signal.
Types of communication system There are different types of communication system which is adopted by company that is given below: Verbal communicationis uses of words to transfer data & information by using sign language. It is determined as a most basic kind adopted during presentation, phone calls, meetings and many more. Nonverbal communicationis determined as a communication in which there is a use of gesture, facial expression in order to convey information to other person during particular phase of time period (HOTEL, 2016). Written communicationis determined as an act of typing, printing, symbol such as letter as well as number that help in conveying information. Email & letter is determined as example of written communication at workplace.
