Communication skill signifies the method through which worker provides information to other individual person
for which they performs their work. It is necessary to have good communication skill in order to interact with
individual person that assists in exchanging information & opinion with another person during the period of time.
Herein, in this report, the organization is taken named as TESCO. It is the largest organization provides different
kind of services to its user in order to satisfy them. In this report, there is different kind of method or model used
for communicating with other person. In addition to this, they also discussed regarding principle of appropriate
communication and its barrier. Apart from this, there are various styles and method related to oral communication
used for interacting with target audience during particular phase of time period. The main purpose of
communication is to interact with audience that is necessary to conduct appropriate task in proper manner (Blewitt,
Parsons and Shane, 2018).

Communication models
There are different kinds of communication models which is used by business organization
in order to increase communication and analyze how to communicate with audience during
the period of time. There are different kinds of model adopted by company that is given
below:
Aristotle’s Model
It is determined as a oldest model of communication that is designed for how to develop
into convincing communicator. In this model, there are five kind of element related to
communication that help in assessing how to communicate appropriately like speaker,
occasion, speech and its target audience and their effect. This kind of element increases
communication such as credibility, capability to connect as well as logical arguments. This
model does not focus on feedback or reviews given within communication during particular
phase of time period.

Lass well’s Model
It is determined as a model of communication in which there are five kind of question asked
by them. It is assessing that the individual person generated message, what they want to say
and to whom they said and how it impose direct effect on receiver. This model is
determined as a simple as well as critiquing method and exploring five significant factors
that can assists in explaining event in detailed manner.
Shannon-Weaver Model
It is determined as a communication model in which there are different kinds of element
including sender, encoder, channel & receiver as well as many more. The focus is on
significance of encoding & decoding message that is sent. In the process of encoding, there
is a kind of noise occurs that disrupt messages. Therefore, this kind of model is used by
organization to send message to receiver in an appropriate manner during particular phase
of time period (Holmes, Zhang and Harris, 2019).
