REVIEW METHODS OF DEALING WITHINAPPROPRIATE INTERPERSONALCOMMUNICATION BETWEENINDIVIDUALSIN HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARESETTING:The inappropriate interpersonal skills are definitelynot required by anyone. The inappropriateinterpersonal skill is unable to establish strong andeffective relationships of the two people having acommunication. On the other hand, inappropriatecommunication skill within the service user and theservice provider weaken the mutual understandingwithin the same. This is equally applicable for thetwo healthcare professionals having a conversation.Therefore, the proper methods must be used to dealwith the inappropriate interpersonal skills within thetwo people interns of the healthcare.One of the best methods of dealing and enhancingthe interpersonal communicative skills is thefeedback process. Feedback is the two approach ofthe communication that helps both the receiver andthe sender for having a proper mutual understanding.The feedback of the patients helps the care giver tounderstand the room for development in the serviceproviding process, and according to the feedback hecan take steps for the improvement in thecommunication and as well as the treatment process.On the other hand, the care giver also is able tounderstand from the feedback about the developmentof the health process of the patient. Therefore, theinterpersonal skills and method of dealing theinappropriateness of the same is important in termsof the having a mutual understanding within thehealth and social care setting.The humanist theory of communication is concerned with the interests and welfare of the humans. The theory refers to thebetterment of the human beings in terms of the individual needs and the communication is based on the needs accordingly. Theaspect of this communicative approach is the recognition of the individual needs, person centered approach and the empathy,understanding and the non judgmental approach. According to this communicative theory the service provider provides theservice user with the questionnaire in order to understand the specific needs of the clients. This communication theory is used inthe treatment of the metal patients who have anxiety, IntroductionCommunication is one of the majorand basic components of thehealthcare professionals. Thehealthcare professional, especiallywho provides service at the home ofthe patients, need to becommunicative enough in order tounderstand the problems of thepatients. Without the proper andeffective communication it is tocertain extent impossible to providethe proper care to the patients. At thetime, the effectiveness of thecommunication proposes the properunderstanding to the family membersof the patient. On the other hand, theproper communication is the key tothe improvement of the health of thepatients. The healing of the patient isonly possible with the appropriateand in depth communication ofbetween the care user and the careprovider. The needs and requirementsof the patient can only be understoodfrom e proper communication ofbetween the patients along with hisfamily members and the healthcareprofessionals. For the successful andeffective communication skills thehealthcare professionals are oftenprovided with training. Therefore, theuse of the communication skills andthe effectiveness of the same are givenhere.USE COMMUNICATION SKILLS INA HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARECONTEXT:The use of the communication skills is refersto the strong relationship between the caregiver and the care user. Not only the serviceprovider must possess the effective andproper communication skills, but also thecare user needs to have minimumcommunicative skills, especially the familymembers of the patients. However, thehealthcare professionals have been prioritizedin most of the cases for having the propercommunicative skills. The communicativeskills refer to the both verbal and no verbalskills of the health care provider. Amongthese two categories of the communicativeskills, the verbal skills are given the initialpriority as this is the direct form ofcommunication with the patients along withhis family members of the care giver. Forexample, having the skills of the bilingualismor multilingualism, the care giver will be ableto work with people speaking differentlanguages other than the worker. On the otherhand, having the ability to use andunderstand the sign language, the worker willbe able to understand the needs andrequirements of the disable patients.Therefore, the use of the propercommunicative skills is important for thedevelopment of the patients.
