INTRODUCTIONCommunication is defined as the process by which various kind of information are sharedamong different individual with the help of different symbols, signs and even behaviour too(McCroskey, 2015). It is necessary because it helps to clarify the things which any of theindividual wants to express with someone. The chosen organisation for this particular task isHilton Resort Hotel UK. It is one of the five star hotel which deals in different part of world todeliver the world class services to its customer. In context of the file, task two will be addressedin which major focus will be on recommendations and guidances which is required to be givento subordinates and various kind of barriers which is required to be faced by hotel. TASK 2Facilitate inter departmental cooperationThere are different roles and responsibilities which is required to be fulfilled by any ofthe organisation and for that it is necessary that work must be distributed as per the skills andcapabilities that individual have. In context of Hilton Resort Hotel, communication is one of themost important task which they are required to have in easy and smooth manner so thatorganisation can find the best possible way to accomplish its target on specific time period(Bannier, Pauls and Walter, 2019). It is said that MD of the company should take responsibilityin it that how they need to create the environment within the organisation so that bettercommunication environment can be developed within the company. There are different types ofcommunication system that can be helpful in for Hilton Resort Hotel and they are explainedbelow:Internal operational communication : It is the mode of communication system that takesplaces at different level of the organisation. It is one of the way which helps to transmit therelevant information from one department to another through which achieving organisationgoals become easy. Here, communication is done in the mode of speech, telephone call, meetingor even face to face. Also, communication can be done through the process orders, report, letterand many more. In this, communication becomes in various patten such as horizontal & vertical,upward and downward conversation through which information sharing process becomes easierand faster and even it reduced the overall cost of the company. 1
