INTRODUCTION
Communication is a best method of sharing information. Normally
oral, written, visual conversation are mostly used by
organisation transformer data from one place to another. It is a
management responsibilities to develop action of plan to
execute or develop strong communication network at work
place thus help to reduce conflicts, speed of transferring content
and many more.

Theory of communication
Communication can be define as two way process in which two person
sender and receiver has make conversation. It is a not only exchange
“encode or decode” of information, idea, feeling etc. that have some
meaning in it. A part from this, communication is a connection mode
between two individuals.
